The after school Mariachi program is designed for 5th-12th grade students who are interested in developing the ability to play the guitar, vihuela or guitarron. No experience is necessary, beginners are welcome. Students who have played the violin or trumpet with at least one year experience are welcome to join but must be currently enrolled in a music class at their elementary, intermediate or high school. The emphasis will be on having fun by playing and singing Mariachi music for your friends, family and at public and school performances.
