Nogales Varsity Soccer battled to a 0-0 tie against Northview. The Nobles traveled after playing a home match vs. San Dimas. The Nobles notched a 4-1 victory against SD, but found themselves in a solid battle vs. Northview. With five minutes remaining, the Nobles had a penalty kick that would have likely secured the win. However, according to Coach Aguiniga, the Northview goal keeper made a great block and saved the goal. Overall, Coach Aguiniga said it was a solid team effort on offense and defense. The tie was the 6th shoutout for Nogales. The team travels to Wilson High School on Thursday 1/22. Game time is 3:15 p.m.
