Hello!

Welcome to my class webpage! On this page you will find my syllabus and information on sites I will use during class.

Some info about me:

My name is Mrs. Ivory Pacheco. I started teaching my own classroom in 2011, and came to Nogales in 2013. As a math teacher, I am currently teaching Algebra 2 and College Algebra. I grew up right here in La Puente and attended Villacorta Elementary, Giano Intermediate, and graduated from Nogales High School in 1998! From here, I went on to get my bachelor's degree from UCLA and my master's degree from Azusa Pacific University.

While at Nogales, I was heavily involved in band, and had some singing roles in a couple of drama productions, I even did winterguard one semester. At UCLA I performed in the band, colorguard, and choir. 

I chose to teach math because of its extreme importance in many careers. Our students can use it to further our society in many different aspects, from health to finance to space travel.
