Credentials: Single Subject in English with CLAD
Education: AA in World Literature from Citrus Community College
BA in English Literature from the University of La Verne

MA in English Literature from Southern New Hampshire University

PhD in Educational Leadership in progress from Southern New Hampshire University

Currently Teaching:  IB English HL I (Junior year); IB English HL 2 (Senior year); AP English Literature and Composition (12); and English Language Development 1 (9-12). 
Interests: Spending time with my son Tristan; reading; collecting antique books; going to Museums, and going to Kingdom Hall Meetings.
Fun Fact: I enjoy visiting the resting places of famous authors.
Favorite book: Anything by Shakespeare, Austen, Dickens, Melville, Poe … if its old and dead, then I’ve read it. In other words, "… Professors like their literature

Favorite music: Anything depressing makes me happy. Some of my favorites are the Cure, Rasputina, Siouxsie and the Banshees, The Beatles (all-time Favorite), Dead Kennedys, Misfits, Ramones, The Clash, Beethoven. I also like Swing music and Ska. :)
