Reminder: PAPER DUE TOMORROW

Hello all English 11 students,

I just wanted to remind you that your typed essay is due AT THE BEGINNING of your period tomorrow.  It needs to be in MLA format.  You need to have  a printed copy ready as you walk into class, NO EXCUSES.  If you do not have your printed and typed essay, be prepared to accept a zero for your essay.

REMEMBER: No excuses.  None.

Happy Sunday.

Essay Due-Date Change

11.23.15

Because of extenuating circumstances, your essays will not be due until we return from Thanksgiving Break.  Your typed essays are due Monday, November 30, at the beginning of each period.  There are no excuses for the paper not being typed properly and turned in on time.  I will not accept any late papers; therefore if you do not have it printed out at the beginning of class, you will earn a zero.  Since you have the entire 5-day break to type and print your essay, there will be no excuses.  Make sure you have a copy printed before coming to school; you do not want to rely on the printers on campus just in case they are not working for any reason.  You also do not want to assume a teacher is going to print for you, especially me.  Be responsible.  Finish and print your essay before Monday morning.

DUE MONDAY

1. Introduction paragraph, typed.
2. Topic sentences and 2 quotations per reason written on your handout.

Monday:  We will work on integrating our quotations and completing our body paragraphs.  We will then begin writing our conclusion paragraph.
