Nogales HS--We are pleased to announce that senior varsity wrestler Alondra Becerra took 5th place at the CIF State Championships. Alondra qualified as one of the top wrestlers in her weight class in league. She then took 4th place in the CIF playoffs, 4th place in the CIF Masters, and concluded a brilliant high school career by taking 5th in the stated of California.
A special congratulations to Coach Victor Bonilla for his leadership of and dedication to the Nogales High School Wrestling program. The administration, athletic department, faculty, and staff are very proud of Alondra's accomplishments.
