Nogales HS, CA--Varsity baseball players will have the honor of playing on the newly refurbished varsity baseball field this week. After a few weeks of diligent work, the old infield was removed, leveled and brand new sod was planted. The infield, first and third base paths, and the home plate areas were filled with new dirt and leveled. A new fence was added at the base of the right field hill. Also, new foul poles were being installed. Thank you RUSD for your support of our student athletes. A special thanks to Dr. Canal for "going to bat" for the baseball program. We wish Coach Romano and his staff all this best this season.
