This is a college- preparatory program that focuses on significant works of British and world literature.The students will use the works they read to strengthen and develop their writing skills, critical thinking, and verbal expression skills.

 

 

 

 

 

 

In Special Education, we teach each subject utilizing both a comprehensive high school text and supplemental special education materials, to ensure student understanding of California Content Standards. A variety of instructional strategies are used: including an emphasis on written expression, critical thinking, cooperative learning groups and the use of technology. CAHSEE  preparation will also be included as a portion of this course for those students who need further assistance in helping them to do their best on the test.
