Welcome to the Hospitality program at Nogales High School. We offer two classes in the CTE Culinary department. Foods and Nutrition is the introduction class. Gourmet and International Foods is the second class. Both classes are year elective classes and are part of the A-G requirements. The career technical student organization for the class is FCCLA which stands for Family, Career and Community Leaders of America. FCCLA is a national organization. We are part of California's FCCLA and compete with Region 9 in Southern California. Students can use the information in the class for a career in the food industry or in a home kitchen.
