I. Classroom Rules
 
1. Do not curse at staff or students.
2. Do not leave classroom without asking.
3. Do not destroy or vandalize school property.
4. Do not take things that don't belong to you.
5. Do not fight with student or staff member.
6 Clean up after yourself.
 
Respect staff, students, and yourself at all times and you will not have a problem following these five rules.
 
II. Incentives for Good Behavior

1. Purchase snacks with points.
2. Access to general education lunch while supervised by staff.  
 
III. Consequences for breaking the classroom rules. 
 
1st offense: Verbal warning.
2nd offense: Verbal warning.
3rd offense: Drop a level(s).
4th offense: Phone call home to parent.
5th offense: Referral sent up to SSC.
 
Staff reserves the right to handle each situation with some flexibility depending upon the seriousness of the offense. For example if a student cusses out a staff member we could skip the verbal warnings and go directly to a referral.
